This brilliantly dramatic red vermouth takes centre stage with its flamboyant notes of aromatic spice and dried fruit. Mikey has paired it up with the Artisan Drinks Violet Blossom Tonic to add to the bravado of the base.
The Bold Spritz is built over cubed ice in a hi-ball glass and decorated with an orange peel and a basil leaf – the colours will serve as a stylish finish to the cocktail, and so the garnish will be a treat for the eyes and the nose.

INGREDIENTS
- 50ml Bold Red Regal Rogue
- 150ml Violet Blossom Tonic
METHOD
Add all ingredients in a hi ball glass and stir. Garnish with orange peel & basil leaf.
