Who doesn’t love a mojito? Well you’re about to love it more with our take on that familiar cocktail.
Gold rum, fresh mint leaves, lime, sugar and fresh raspberries work perfectly when combined with the spicy goodness of our Fiery Ginger Beer. Pour it into a tall glass and garnish with more raspberries, a spring of mint and a wedge of lime and you’ll be clicking those Cuban heels in no time.
- 50ml Gold Rum
- 10 Mint Leaves
- 25ml Fresh Lime
- 10ml Sugar
- 6 Fresh Raspberries
- 200ml Fiery Ginger Beer
Add top 5 ingredients to glass, clap the mint to take it up. Add crushed ice and churn. Top with ice and Fiery Ginger Beer, garnish and serve.
