This dazzling dove takes flight with the addition of our Pink Citrus Tonic. As if made for giving the already beloved tequila based cocktail a pair of wings, this tonic will add a sophisticated layer of fizz and heighten the freshness of the grapefruit juice.
A grapefruit peel and burnt rosemary garnish will invite your nostrils to take part in this flavoursome experience.
INGREDIENTS
- 50ml Blanco Ocho Tequila
- 25ml Lime Juice
- 35ml Pink Grapefruit Juice
- Top up Pink Citrus Tonic
METHOD
Add all ingredients in a collins glass and stir. Garnish with grapefruit peel & burnt rosemary sprig.
