Pink Summer Spritz

If you’re really looking to be in the pink this summer – and let’s face it, who isn’t – then we’ve got the perfect solution.

Take a measure of Bullard’s Strawberry and Black Pepper Gin, fresh strawberries, basil leaves and fresh lime and put into a cocktail shaker, then strain into an ice filled glass and top up with our Pink Citrus Tonic. Add a sliced of grapefruit, an edible flower and a spring of basil – and enjoy.


  • 50ml Bullard's Strawberry & Black Pepper Gin
  • 10ml Fresh Lime Juice
  • 2 Fresh Strawberries
  • 5 Basil Leaves


Add first 4 ingredients to shaker and shake. Fine strain into ice filled glass and top with PCT. Stir and Garnish
