Mikey’s take on the Batanga is sure to pack a punch with our Barrel Smoked Cola and salt and peppered rim. Let the salt literally open your tastebud’s horizons as you take in this enticing beverage.

The added pepper and smokiness of the cola will give extra layers to a well-loved recipe. Make sure you drag the lime wedge along the rim before salt&peppering the glass – this is why we’ve called it the Salt & Pepper Batanga.

Ingredients

  • 50ml Ocho Blanco
  • 15ml Lime Juice
  • Pinch of Salt
  • Top up with Artisan Drinks Barrel Smoked Cola

Method

Add all ingredients in the glass and stir. Garnish with a pepper & salt rim and a lime wedge.
