How to make a Bubbly Mint Julep
For this serve you'll need:
- 50ml Sexton Single Malt Irish Whiskey
- 10ml Sugar Syrup
- 200ml Bubbly Soda Water
- 8 Fresh Mint Leaves
- Sprig of Fresh Mint to Garnish
Add the sugar syrup and fresh mint leaves into the bottle of the julep cup.
Use a muddler to grind down the mint and release its natural flavour.
Add crushed ice to the julep cup, pouring the whiskey over the ice.
Pour in the Bubbly Soda Water and stir, before adding a sprig of mint to garnish.
