Matured in the foothills of mount Kanlaon, Don Papa Rum undergoes a meticulous aging process in ex-Bourbon and ex-Rioja American Oak casks before being expertly blended by our Master Blender.

This exquisitely crafted, rich and well-rounded rum boasts a depth and complexity drawn from the deep intensity of ex-Rioja wine casks. 

Don Papa Rum offers full-bodied flavours of bold, ripe orchard fruit and vanilla cream. It is perfectly balanced with a touch of lemon zest and dry, toasted oak on the finish.

MERMAID SPICED RUM

Mermaid Spiced Rum is crafted from a carefully selected blend of sugar cane and molasses rum from Trinidad and the Dominican Republic.

Distilled in column stills and aged between 2 - 5 years in oak bourbon whiskey barrels, this spiced rum pairs rather nicely with our Fiery Ginger Beer for a Fire ‘n’ Spice Mojito.

KRAKEN RUM

In this Caribbean black spiced rum, you’ll find aromas of
caramel, toffee and spice, flavours of cinnamon, vanilla and nutmeg and yet - a lingering spicy finish that complements the hints of chilli found in our Fiery Ginger Beer.

We use The Kraken in our Dark 'n' Stormy 'n' Spicy signature serve.
