How to make a Fire 'n' Spice Mojito
- 50ml Mermaid Spiced Rum
- 25ml Lime Juice
- 15ml Ginger Syrup
- 8 Mint Leaves
- Top up with Fiery Ginger Beer
Add the mint leaves, ginger syrup and lime juice to a tall glass.
Use a muddler to crush the mint, syrup and juice, grinding and twisting to release all of those natural flavours!
Pour the spiced rum into the glass, before adding crushed ice.
Mix thoroughly and top up with our Fiery Ginger Beer before garnishing with fresh mint leaves.
