How to make a Hot Rum Symphony
For this serve you'll need:
- 50ml Don Papa Rum
- 10ml Vanilla Syrup
- 200ml Fiery Ginger Beer
- Star Anise
- Cinnamon Stick
- Dried Orange
Pop the Don Papa Rum, Vanilla Syrup and Fiery Ginger Beer into a pan and gently heat, until you can see whisks of smoke rising from the liquid.
Remove from heat and pour into double walled glass or similar.
Garnish your warm serve with star anise, a cinnamon stick and a slide of dried orange.
