We’ve taken our inspiration from one of the undisputed most beautiful places in Italy, right on the Bay of Naples, and added gin, pineapple liqueur, grenadine and lime bitters together with our Amalfi Lime Tonic for a refreshing and unique experience. INGREDIENTS
- 30ml Fifty Pounds Gin
- 25ml Pineapple Liqueur
- 10ml Grenadine
- dash Fee Brother Lime Bitters
- 200ml Amalfi Lime Tonic
METHOD
Add top 4 ingredients to shaker and give a “sling”. Strain into glass over 2 large cubes of clear ice. Top with Artisan Drinks Amalfi Lime Tonic, garnish and serve.
