We’re channeling the spirit of Cuba literally with Havana Rub, lime, mint and sugar and adding a different Latin flavour with Amalfi Lime Tonic. Serve in a high ball glass with a mint sprig and dehydrated lime wheel – and get ready to salsa the night away.
INGREDIENTS
- 50ml Havana 7 Rum
- 20ml Fresh Lime
- 5ml Sugar
- 8 Mint Leaves
- 200ml Amalfi Lime Tonic
METHOD
Shake the first 4 ingredients. Double strain into ice filled glass, top with Amalfi Lime Tonic and garnish.
