Our masterful mixologist Mikey has created this tasty looking refresher by adding raspberry and plum cordial to a shot of Monkey Shoulder. Some lemon juice, orange bitters and Artisan Pink Citrus Tonic marries the flavours together in a quirky thirst quencher.
For a look as fresh as the taste, why not add some berries and fresh lemon peel to the rim? Best enjoyed after a particularly hefty game of golf.

INGREDIENTS
- 50ml Monkey Shoulder Whisky
- 25ml Raspberry & Plum Cordial
- 10ml Lemon Juice
- Dash Orange Bitters
- Top with Pink Citrus Tonic
METHOD
Build over cubed ice, stir and add top up with Artisan Drinks Pink Citrus Tonic. Garnish with raspberries and lemon peel.
