Hailing from Scottish whisky distillery Bruichladdich, The Botanist have brought forward a particularly wild tasting gin that celebrates the botanical heritage of Islay. Instead of attempting to tame this particular shrew, Mikey has decided to play with the gin’s Quadrophenia of qualities in creating the Pink Botanicals.
Our Pink Citrus Tonic plays incredibly well with the fruity notes of this Islay gin, whilst highlighting the zesty bark and peel flavours that makes it so unique.

INGREDIENTS
- 25ml Botanist Gin
- Top with Pink Citrus Tonic
METHOD
Add all ingredients in a collins glass and stir. Garnish with a rosemary sprig & blueberries.
