The Botanist, the gin that’s created in Bruichladdich distillery in the Scottish Highlands, boasts the finest botanicals foraged from the distillery’s local surroundings, which brings forth a taste of wilderness. The perfect companion for this gin is the Artisan Drinks Pink Citrus Tonic, which gives the drink a hue reminiscent of highland heather. INGREDIENTS
- 50ml Botanist Islay Dry Gin
- 200ml Pink Citrus Tonic
METHOD
Add all ingredients in a balloon glass and stir. Garnish with fresh mint, rosemary sprig, a couple of juniper berries and orange wedge.
